I’m trying to get my body and mind in shape for the coming month and a half.

I’ve already started the week with my first workout and the week ahead will see a lot of workouts.

I’m also getting some rest as I plan to take a break from running and walking in the middle of the month.

If you’re struggling with your weight, I suggest you start with lighter weight and slowly add more and more.

I know some people can’t do this and it’s not fun, but it’s better than going back to the same old weight and doing it again.

For those of you who are struggling with weight, the first thing to do is to stop worrying about it.

If I’m feeling good, I can eat less, and if I’m not, I should keep eating.

If your goal is to lose weight, you’re better off going with a diet, or you can stick with a lower-calorie diet, which may lead to weight loss.

So you might need to take some steps to get there.

If weight loss is your goal, I recommend starting with a healthy diet.

You might think this sounds harsh, but when it comes to weight, if you’re in the right frame of mind, you can really get the most out of it.

What do you think?
