We all have those moments when we are scared to even think about things we shouldn’t be, but it’s even worse when we don’t know how to control it.
I recently had a lot of conversations about how to be more open to new experiences.
One of the most common questions I get is, “Why don’t you just leave?”
Or “Why do you think people like me?”
And it’s actually a really important question to ask.
It’s not about saying, “I’m not scared.”
It’s about saying you have the ability to do something you want to do, and that you can be open to the possibility of exploring it.
It is a really healthy way to start thinking about how we can open ourselves up to new things and new experiences without fear.
