President Donald Trump is scheduled to deliver a speech at the Capitol Wednesday night to outline his plan for repealing and replacing the Affordable Care Act, the White House said.

Trump will deliver remarks at 10 p.m.

ET at the White Street Theater in Washington, the press office said.

His speech is not expected to be broadcast live on the White TV network, but is expected to have an impact on the debate.

Trump’s speech will also include a brief address to the nation and a short message to the American people, the announcement said.
